This is an hour-long sensory sound journey that focuses on supporting your body to drop into deep rest and allowing the frequencies of the instruments to help your body and mind return to a balanced state.
We will be focusing on our hearts, so that we can experience love and joy to the full. What better way to start a new season!
Together, we will begin by sipping on some nourishing rose tea, a brief mindfulness meditation, and a nourishing, recharging sound bath.
